Q. How do I create an account?
Start by clicking "Your Account" and then sign up in the top right corner of your screen. You will then be asked to provide some basic information. When you have provided the required information, click submit to finish the sign-up process. We will send you an email to welcome you to NairaShop.
Q. How do I recover my password?
Click on Account on the top right of your screen and then login Click on forgotten password and enter your email then continue An email will be sent to you on how to reset your password.

Q. How do I place an order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, move your cursor to the shopping cart at the upper right corner of the screen and click on the “checkout” button. You will then be transferred to a secure page to either create an order with your existing account or a new one. Once you have decided on how to proceed, you will be asked to enter the name and address of intended recipient of your shipment.
Q. How do I view the contents of my shopping cart?
To view the items in your cart, roll your cursor over the cart on the upper right corner of the computer screen and click on “view cart”. At this point, you can change the Quantity of items you want and update your cart. Also, you can use coupon code, estimate shipping and taxes as well as use gift certificate from the page.
Q. How do I remove items from my cart?
First, click on the “View cart link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” check box to the left of the item description and then click "Update cart" in the lower-right corner to have your changes reflected.
Q. How do I know you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)
Q. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your cart and Delivery Location.
Q. What are your payment options?
We accept three types of payments: Credit cards (Paystack), Bank transfers and Cash on Delivery for selected locations.
Q. Are all products covered by warranty?
Our vendors are authorized distributors of the products they sell and as such the products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We have a 7-day return policy for some items should you want to make a return, do well to view our Return Policy here.
Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 2-5 working days, however this may vary depending on the location and product.
Q. Can my order be delivered the same day?
Yes, it can, but depends on the products ordered and location for delivery. Orders to be delivered in Abuja and are made before 2pm on business days can be delivered same day. All weekend orders will be processed accordingly and shipped on Monday morning.
Q. Does NairaShop deliver internationally?
In as much as we will be delighted to welcome your orders from different parts of the country, kindly ensure to have a delivery address within Nigeria.
Q. Are all products on NairaShop original?
All our vendors sell the finest and 100% original product. However, in cases of replica products, it will be clearly stated that the product is a replica.
Q. Does NairaShop sell fairly used products?
NairaShop sells only new products.
Q. Can I negotiate prices on your platform?
A. Our prices are not negotiable, this is because we enlist vendor who offer best prices.
Q. What should I do when my order is delayed?
Our Logistics team is committed to ensuring your package is swiftly delivered to you, however, in exceptional cases when we will be late, you will be updated by our team via an SMS or Email.
Q. How do I use my gift certificate?
At the payment stage on checking out, click on use gift certificate, enter your code and click apply then proceed to check out.
Q. Will I be contacted before my package is delivered?
Sure, our delivery person will contact you to confirm your location and availability.
